Place the heat cushion in the microwave.Heat for one minute between 900 and 1000W, 1 minute 30 if the power is between 700 and 900W, 2 minutes between 600 and 700W, and 2 minutes 30 for under 600W.Take out the heat cushion making sure it is not too hot, and hold it where you would like:neck, lower back, stomach.Enjoy the heat to relax.

Do not use on sensitive skin or damaged skin, or if you have diabetes or blood circulation problems.Do not use while sleeping.If in doubt, seek your doctor's advice.When opened, cherry pits may give off a slight odour.It has no impact on use.
